Set on the ground floor of an impressive townhouse, this spacious apartment is just a short walk from the Harrogate Convention Centre (less than a ¼ mile), making it an ideal location for a couple or a business visitor looking for an excellently situated spot just outside the heart of the town. Accessed via seven steps with grab rails, this attractive property is perfect for up to four guests wanting to enjoy a short break in North Yorkshire. Two pets are welcome, and there’s a designated parking space to the rear.

This attractive, stylish and welcoming property features a comfortable lounge/diner with large bay window and plenty of comfy seating including a sofa bed for two additional guests (additional charge for use). There’s a stylishly designed kitchen with a breakfast area, and a cosy bedroom with a 6’ super-king-size bed, which can be made up as two twin beds on prior request. The walk-in wet room style shower room has level access. To the rear of the property there is a shared courtyard where you can relax and enjoy the sun.

Ideally situated just outside the centre of Harrogate, this pretty apartment is within a mile of all the town’s popular attractions, including Harrogate Theatre, the Royal Pump Room Museum, the beautiful Valley Gardens and the famous Betty’s Cafe Tea Rooms. You will also be well situated for the Victoria Shopping Centre and Cold Bath Road, where you will find a fantastic range of more than 50 independent shops and eateries to suit all tastes.

A comfortable, quiet apartment in a good location, within easy walking distance of the town centre and near to the main driving routes in and out of town. The dedicated parking space is a very welcome facility. Convenient local supermarket and shops less than 5 minute walk.

This is a period property with spacious, well-proportioned rooms which we liked. The location (5 mins walk from the centre) was ideal. We would definitely stay here again should we visit Harrogate next year.

Harrogate is a thriving, historic town at the heart of North Yorkshire and at the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. This fantastic town is a hit with culturists, historians and holidaymakers alike. Dubbed ‘The English Spa’ in 1596, the town boasts spa water high in iron, sulphur and salt. The Royal Pump Room is still open today as a museum, showcasing the original equipment that was used in its heyday. Two other major draws to the town are the Harrogate Convention Centre and the Great Yorkshire Showground. The former is a multi-purpose venue large enough to house huge conventions and business conferences. Many of the events are fan-based like the Lego-themed attractions and comic-cons. The latter is an outdoor venue that hosts even large events and shows, namely the agricultural Great Yorkshire Show.

Fancy a day of walking? Head to the Valley Gardens, home to a multitude of landscaped gardens that embrace different styles and influence. For further horticultural foray, head to the RHS Garden, Harlow Carr. The stunning gardens provide a leafy retreat where you can wander through woodland and alongside waterways.

The town centre is home to an array of boutique fashion shops, as well as high street favourites in and around the Victoria Shopping Centre. The Montpellier Quarter also offers exclusive shops and a huge range of antique dealers, ideal for hunting out a unique bargain.
