ROSE COTTAGE

Summary

Rose Cottage (and the adjacent Daffodil ref 247) are adjoining cottages situated on a farm, tastefully converted from an old stone barn in beautiful Nidderdale with many lovely local walks.  A z bed available for downstairs allows up to 4 guests.

 Accommodation

There is an extensive lawned garden area in front of the cottages with garden chairs - excellent for children playing ball games.

Within easy reach of Harrogate, York, Skipton and the Yorkshire Dales. The village of Darley offers a shop and a pub.  Rose and Daffodil cottage together can sleep up to 10 people in total.  Bus stop to Harrogate and Pateley Bridge only 200yds from the cottages.

Entrance hall leading to open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen area with stone fireplace and open fire.  Fitted kitchen with fridge freezer and washer.   Stairs to first floor where Bedroom 1 contains a double bed and Bedroom 2 is a single .  Bedroom 2 with single bed.  Bathroom with bath and power shower over.  Shared utility room with dryer.  Z bed available for downstairs (£25 linen charge).
