This deceptively spacious beamed three bedroom cottage is situated in the delightful village of Darley in Nidderdale, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The property is steeped in history being the cottage owned by the person who made clogs in the village. Situated a short drive from Harrogate with its Yorkshire Showground and the Harrogate Convention Centre.  Close to village pub and post office/store.


Guest parking for two cars to the front of the property which is situated conveniently at the end of the terrace. The soft furnishings in the house have maintained a cottage feel with some luxury touches.

Spacious entrance hall leading to attractive beamed lounge, with pleasant bay front window aspect. Dining kitchen with country feel with dining area for 5 guests and rear door to patio for enjoying summer alfresco drinks. Well equipped fitted kitchen incorporating a laundry area with washer and dishwasher.

Upstairs to three bedrooms, a single front facing room, rear king size bedroom and Master bedroom with front views with 6ft superking bed which can be split into 2 singles on request. House bathroom with bath and  shower over, basin and toilet with heated towel rail.      


Gas central heating, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, gas hob with electric oven and integral grill and extractor hood. Washing machine. Wifi. All Fuel, linen and towels included in the rent.  On street parking. Families welcome please bring own travel cot and high chair. Enclosed decked patio with outside furniture in the summer and barbeque area (Please bring own barbeque). Short breaks accepted.  Sorry no Pets.   Strictly no smoking please.
