This beautifully decorated and furnished property is in an ideal location directly opposite the Harrogate Convention Centre with two private off road parking spaces and outside patio. A 2 minute walk to town centre shopping and restaurants.


Strawberry House is a delightful town house on four floors decorated in a contemporary style. It features three double (or twin on request) bedrooms all of which have bathrooms either ensuite or closeby. The property even boasts its own patio area to the rear for summer barbecues - a rarity for the town centre!

From the front parking space, steps leadup to the front door and entrance hall. To the right is a lifestyle room with seating for 6 guests and breakfast bar with copper Tollix high stools. Kitchen in grey tones with intergrated appliances and Nespresso coffee machine. Board games for guest use. 

Upstairs to guest toilet and basin on half landing. On the first floor is Bedroom 1 with 6ft king size bed, which can be split into 2 singles on request, TV, hairdryer and dressing table. Spacious ensuite 'wet room' with shower, toilet and Jack & Jill sinks.

On the second floor (some restricted head height) is Bedroom 2, with twin beds (can be a 6ft superking on request), dressing table, hairdryer and TV. Bathroom with bath, shower over, toilet and basin.

From the lifestyle room, a flight of stairs down, takes you to Bedroom 3 having a king size bed which can be split to two 2'6" beds on request. Bedside tables and hairdryer. Ensuite bathroom containg bath and handheld shower.

To the rear there is a paved patio with seating area for 6 persons - perfect for unwinding on sunny evenings! Steps up to rear parking space for 1 car, also a shortcut to the centre of Harrogate.


Gas central heating.  Microwave, fridge and freezer, electric hob with electric oven and washer/dryer.  Flat screen TV,  Top Tier Sky package, DVD, Sonos wireless speaker. Free WiFi.  All fuel, linen, and towels included in the rent.  Parking to the front and rear of the property for two cars.  One well behaved pet (£20 extra charge). Welcome tray of toiletries and beverages, with some Nespresso pods for guest use. Z bed available (£25 linen charge).

We have had an absolutely wonderful stay in Strawberry House. The property is beautiful and had everything we needed and more! We have been to lots of self-catering apartments but none have come close to the accommodation and service we received from Harrogate Holidays. We are already planning the next trip and cant wait to come back! Thanks for such a wonderful weekend (even in the ice and snow!).

House was beautiful and very well equipped. Comfy beds and excellent facilities - particularly liked the walk in shower in my room! Location was perfect for us, easy access to town centre facilities and 2 mins walk to Harrogate International Centre Would not hesitate to use them again and recommended them to friends. The only criticism is that we were not told that the car parking was for one car at the front and one at the back and had to ring the owners to find out where to park.

Enjoyed our visit in 2015 so returned again this year! Excellent fittings and provision in property conveniently located To sum up So good we returned and were even more delighted with maintained standards.
