Positioned right in the heart of Harrogate town, close to the Convention Centre and the very popular Cold Bath Road with its eclectic range of independent shops and popular cafes and restaurants. Enjoying 4 bedrooms and 2 bath/shower rooms with luxury fixtures and fittings throughout.


Five steps up to the front door of Belmont House from which a large hallway leads to the a spacious front facing dining room with seating for up to 9 guests, and decorative fireplace.  Breakfast kitchen with central island,  seating for 4 and separate laundry/utility room. 

Staircase up to light and airy lounge complete with double sofa bed (£25 extra for linen),  Juliet balcony and feature fireplace overlooking Belmont Road/Cold Bath Road. 

Bedroom1 is a super king sized room (can be split into 2 singles on request).  A bathroom with bath and separate shower, basin and toilet are also situated on this floor.  Upstairs to the second floor with Bedroom 2 - a 5ft zip and link bed (can be 2ft 6 singles on request).  Bedroom 3 is a single room.  Bedroom 4 has feature beams and a super king bed (can be 2 singles on request).  Bathroom with shower-bath, basin and toilet.


Gas CH.  Microwave, hob in kitchen island, built-in oven & additional breakfast bar for 4 guests.   Dishwasher.   TVs & DVD player.  Ipod docks.   All fuel, linen and towels included in the rent.  Washer & dryer.   Free WiFi.  Children welcome with cot and high chair provided.   No Smoking.   No Pets.   Parking on street (parking permit is available for one vehicle for a £50 deposit – cheque or cash).

This was the second time we have stayed at Belmont House over Christmas. It is very comfortable, warm and clean and the owner, Nick, goes out of his way to ensure we have everything we need (including a Christmas tree). The property is really well placed for Harrogate, yet in a quiet location.

The location is amazing. 5 minute walk to the town. The house itself is amazing, There is everything you could need and more. The little touches were lovely and it was Spotlessly clean.The owner met us on arrival and could not have been friendlier or more welcoming. Will definitely stay again if in Harrogate. Thank you for making our weekend fantastic

Fabulous property in a perfect location for evenings out in Harrogate. The house had everything you could wish for and was amazingly well equipped. The owner couldn't have been nicer when arrived. If we ever stay in Harrogate again we will definitely stay here.

Very nice house with plenty of room, even for eight of us. Really well appointed kitchen and everything was very well presented when we turned up on the first day. Would recommend to anyone staying in Harrogate for a few days.

We are a booked club and rent properties each year so we can have a social get together. As we are seven sometimes it is not easy to find properties with single sleeping accommodation. This was perfect and one of the best properties we have stayed in. It was excellently equipped with really everything one could need and such attention to detail. It was very clean and the beds were made up as requested and also it was a very short walk from the town centre. The owner was fantastic stayed in contact about keys etc. and met us on arrival to make sure we had everything we needed and even gave us a guided tour of the property and said we could contact him at any time should we need anything. We will certainly be visiting Harrogate again and will have no hesitations as to where we will stay.

Really good accommodation, very clean and very well equipped, it had everything you should need. Great location, within walking distance to the town centre and rail station. Nick (owner) was very pleasant and couldn't have been more helpful. Only drawback, if you are elderly and less mobile would be the two flights of stairs. I would definitely recommend.

Lovely house in excellent central location- spacious, very well equipped and very comfortable. Helpful owner,clear instructions re keys/parking etc. It's good to have 2 separate bathrooms, rather than one being en-suite which is more common in properties this size. It suited our party of 8 women perfectly-everyone liked it, and the stairs are excellent exercise.

Wow what an amazing house! So well furnished, comfy, homely, all the extras that you would expect to find in a top hotel, and an added extra of having a landlord who went above and beyond, helping us to find a parking space and even changing a flat tyre on our car! Would 100% recommend :-)

Both Belmont House and Italian Suite of high quality. Engaged with the owner of Belmont House who ensured everything was as we requested and both property owners ensuring we had use of parking permits for our duration of stay.
