Stunning duplex apartment offering spacious and stylish accommodation for up to five guests in an excellent location in the spa town of Harrogate.

This wonderful two bedroom apartment enjoys a peaceful location yet lies just 1 mile from the centre of Harrogate and all of the amenities it has to offer. Take a stroll with your four-legged friend along a footpath across from the property leading to Valley Gardens (0.5 mile); 17 acres of English Heritage Grade II listed parkland, themed gardens, floral displays and historic buildings. The town centre boasts a wealth of shops, bars and restaurants to explore, as well as the popular convention centre. Indulge in a trip to the Turkish Baths or visit the Royal Pump Room Museum. For those wanting to venture further afield, the stunning Yorkshire Dales National Park can be reached in within 12 miles.

Four flights of external stairs lead up to the front door of this spectacular apartment. On entering, you are greeted by a bright and welcoming entrance hall with ample space for coats and muddy boots, as well as a desk for the workaholics amongst us. To the left lies the lounge, a wonderful space for socialising. Relax on the comfortable sofas, watch a movie on the Smart TV or enjoy a board game with friends. Across the hallway is the kitchen/diner where you can cook up a storm with the induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. A  dining table sits in the corner of the room underneath a large window that floods the room with light, the ideal place to enjoy a coffee and a spot of breakfast in the morning. There is one stylish bedroom on this floor being a king-size, also you will also find the family bathroom with WC, and a shower over the bath. The other bedroom, another king-size with low, sloping ceilings, is situated on the second floor which is accessed via a flight of open-tread stairs. Next to it sits a spacious wet room with WC.

Lovely bright apartment, good location (for walking and town centre), lovely walks to Valley gardens and Pine Woods. Very clean and well equipped.

A lovely cosy, comfortable and spacious apartment. In a great location - opposite valley gardens. Quiet and peaceful. A very good apartment for friends/couples visiting Harrogate. On the third floor so not ideal for families or the elderly.

The place was absolutely lovely, very clean, and well thought out. The owner has made very good use of the space and we had everything we needed for our stay. It's a good distance from a lot of local highlights, most places were within walking distance, with the town centre a 20 minute walk away and lots of local conveniences close at hand. A beautiful apartment in a wonderful location opposite the woods and park. Stairs up are a bit challenging in the rain or dark, but kids and puppy managed. Convenient for some lovely local shops and only a 15 minute walk to main shopping centre.

While the apartment is in a good location with parking directly outside, we felt that it needed much more TLC to make it a luxurious property. No facilities - gloves, firelights, wood or implements - are provided for the wood burner. Lounge is a cold space with flimsy curtains. Lower bathroom tv didnt work and bath plug didnt hold in the water. ProRead moreperty has 35 stairs up to it. Upper room has comfortable bed but needs mirror & clothes hanging space. Spacious, well equipped, comfortable and in a wonderful location. Even with a baby and toddler the steps were not an issue. Parking available right outside all week. A very enjoyable stay

Beautiful flat with high quality finish in a fantastic location for exploring the Pine Woods and RHS Gardens. Harrogate just a short walk away with all of its wonderful shops, restaurants and attractions. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Bathrooms not clean (brown smears in toilet & side of sink!) and previous occupants dirty dog towel was still on back of bathroom door. Mentioned to owner (with photos), they said Sorry your not quite happy with the clean, we can give the bathrooms another clean tomorrow morning. which I am assuming they did - had to remove the smears myself beforeRead more they came as couldnt leave them! One bedroom had no light bulb and had to put up with that til the next day too. Only there 2 days! No hairdryer. Hide

Really lovely apartment, ideally situated by Valley Gardens with a 15-20 min walk into town. The external four flight stair case would make the property unsuitable for some guests. Plenty of unrestricted parking on the road outside Clean, airy and modern apartment, well equipped and in a quiet location. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay at Valley View Harrogate the apartment is clean and comfortable. Would have liked a mirror in the second floor bedroom and it took over 24 hours to replace the bulb in the main bathroom. It was reported with in 1 hour of us arriving disappointing response. Lots of stairs to climb (3 flights ) not good for people with mobility issues.
