A wonderfully located property that was clean and well equipped. A beautiful bathroom. Close to the site and the centre of Harrogate and across the road from Valley Gardens for very local walking.

My partner & I stayed at Toffee Loft over the bank holiday weekend. The location is great to use as a base, with parking via permit conveniently right outside too. The apartment was clean & tidy, perfect size for a couple spending the weekend. Catherine's is very friendly and communication was excellent. We enjoyed our stay in this clean, cosy and comfortable apartment. It is right in the centre of Harrogate, ideally situated to access the central shops and restaurants. There were some nice touches, such as the tin of Harrogate toffee that was left for us, milk and fruit juice in the fridge and bathroom products from the local company H2K. The kitcRead morehen is well equipped for cooking and bed is very comfortable. The only negatives were the lack of DVD player and noise from the pub two floors below. Hide

Harrogate is a thriving, historic town at the heart of North Yorkshire and at the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. This fantastic town is a hit with culturists, historians and holidaymakers alike. Dubbed ‘The English Spa’ in 1596, the town boasts spa water high in iron, sulphur and salt. The Royal Pump Room is still open today as a museum, showcasing the original equipment that was used in its heyday. Two other major draws to the town are the Harrogate Convention Centre and the Great Yorkshire Showground. The former is a multi-purpose venue large enough to house huge conventions and business conferences. Many of the events are fan-based like the Lego-themed attractions and comic-cons. The latter is an outdoor venue that hosts even large events and shows, namely the agricultural Great Yorkshire Show.

Fancy a day of walking? Head to the Valley Gardens, home to a multitude of landscaped gardens that embrace different styles and influence. For further horticultural foray, head to the RHS Garden, Harlow Carr. The stunning gardens provide a leafy retreat where you can wander through woodland and alongside waterways.

The town centre is home to an array of boutique fashion shops, as well as high street favourites in and around the Victoria Shopping Centre. The Montpellier Quarter also offers exclusive shops and a huge range of antique dealers, ideal for hunting out a unique bargain. This fashionable spa town also plays host to many Michelin-starred restaurants too.
