An outstanding apartment within easy walking distance of all that the lovely spa town of Harrogate has to offer. Perfectly located for a great holiday whether you're travelling for business or pleasure.

This stunning apartment is situated in the heart of Harrogate, just a short stroll from all this beautiful town has to offer. Featuring two cinemas, a theatre and the convention centre as well as plenty of shopping and dining opportunities, Harrogate is perfect destination for a great holiday.  Easily accessible and close by is the 200 acre parkland known as The Stray which is an excellent place to enjoy walks, picnics or to simply relax. For those who prefer to leave the car at home, both bus and train stations are a short walk away and have regular services to York and Leeds which connect to London.

A private front door on the ground floor of this property opens onto a hallway from where a staircase leads to the on the first floor. The main living area is a huge open-plan space which has been stylishly finished and comprises a lounge/kitchen/diner and great place to socialise. The lounge area is a lovely place to relax and simply enjoy spending time together on the comfortable sofas in front of the TV with Sky Sports and movie package. The striking, modern wood burner is a lovely addition to the room on those colder winter evenings. The dining area has a table seating six, whilst there is breakfast bar with seating in the kitchen area which also offers an excellent range of equipment including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom can also be found on this level of the apartment which has a spa bath, separate shower and WC. Three steps lead from the living area up to the first of two bedrooms, a king-size room. The second bedroom, the master is a king-size room overlooking the living area which is reached via a second set of stairs and benefits from an en-suite shower room with WC and features electric blinds for privacy.

A door from the ground floor hallway leads out to a lovely courtyard patio with garden furniture, providing a great place to sit back and unwind over al fresco drinks. There is free disc  roadside parking just outside the property and in surrounding streets subject to availability.  Off road private parking space available  outside the apartment  £5.00 per day  payable directly to the owner.

The apartment is contemporary, spacious and in a great location for exploring Harrogate on foot. There is limited free and unrestricted parking in the street adjacent to the property. There is also a small car park next to the Odeon cinema. This is a couple of minutes away on foot and currently charges 7.00 for 24 hr parking. Good selection of restRead moreaurants close by. Harrogate railway station is less than ten minutes away on foot. Regular service to Leeds takes approximately 30 minutes. Hide

Absolutely beautiful apartment - clean, modern, comfortable and fully equipped - none of us wanted to leave! We are a family of four, 2 adults + 2 children, and the property and location suited us perfectly. We could walk into the centre of Harrogate in minutes.

Modern, well equipped, and spacious apartment within 5 minutes of the town centre. Perfectly quiet at night, good parking options, not suitable for disabled(lots of stairs)however. Would for sure return!

Harrogate is a thriving, historic town at the heart of North Yorkshire and at the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. This fantastic town is a hit with culturists, historians and holidaymakers alike. Dubbed ‘The English Spa’ in 1596, the town boasts spa water high in iron, sulphur and salt. The Royal Pump Room is still open today as a museum, showcasing the original equipment that was used in its heyday. Two other major draws to the town are the Harrogate Convention Centre and the Great Yorkshire Showground. The former is a multi-purpose venue large enough to house huge conventions and business conferences. Many of the events are fan-based like the Lego-themed attractions and comic-cons. The latter is an outdoor venue that hosts even large events and shows, namely the agricultural Great Yorkshire Show.
