There’s a fantastic choice of restaurants and shopping nearby, and you will be within a mile of most of Harrogate’s popular attractions. Please note the property is unsuitable for pets and children due to the open rails of the balcony.

An easy flight of steps leads from the entrance to the first floor, and a glass-sided staircase leads to this stylish apartment, with its bright and attractive open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with comfy seating, including a pull-out sofa bed for two extra guests (available for use at an additional £25 charge), breakfast bar, and stylishly designed kitchen. There’s a cosy bedroom with a 5’ double bed, which can be made up as two singles on request, as well as a shower room and a small balcony with bench seating. On-street parking permits are provided by the owner on request.

There are numerous attractions and amenities within half a mile, including the Victoria Shopping Centre, the Royal Pump Room Museum, the Turkish Baths, Royal Hall, Harrogate Theatre, train station and The Stray. Also nearby are the beautiful Valley Gardens (1 mile), the Yorkshire Event Centre and RHS Garden Harlow Carr (both 2½ miles). You will be ideally placed for restaurants, pubs and cafes with the famous Betty’s Cafe Tea Rooms and the numerous eateries of Cold Bath Road all within a mile.

Great accommodation - very clean and high spec - perfect location for town.

High street shopping, restaurants, cafes, bars, cinemas, bus station, train station, supermarket, all within 3 minutes walk, Ideal location to explore Yorkshire, just park the car and enjoy.

Harrogate is a thriving, historic town at the heart of North Yorkshire and at the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. This fantastic town is a hit with culturists, historians and holidaymakers alike. Dubbed ‘The English Spa’ in 1596, the town boasts spa water high in iron, sulphur and salt. The Royal Pump Room is still open today as a museum, showcasing the original equipment that was used in its heyday. Two other major draws to the town are the Harrogate Convention Centre and the Great Yorkshire Showground. The former is a multi-purpose venue large enough to house huge conventions and business conferences. Many of the events are fan-based like the Lego-themed attractions and comic-cons. The latter is an outdoor venue that hosts even large events and shows, namely the agricultural Great Yorkshire Show.

Fancy a day of walking? Head to the Valley Gardens, home to a multitude of landscaped gardens that embrace different styles and influence. For further horticultural foray, head to the RHS Garden, Harlow Carr. The stunning gardens provide a leafy retreat where you can wander through woodland and alongside waterways.

The town centre is home to an array of boutique fashion shops, as well as high street favourites in and around the Victoria Shopping Centre. The Montpellier Quarter also offers exclusive shops and a huge range of antique dealers, ideal for hunting out a unique bargain.
