This cosy single-storey studio conversion is a great little bolthole for two. It sits in a quiet location, overlooking the glorious North Devon coastline.

This studio conversion offers a relaxing base from which to explore this scenic pocket of Devon. If you can bear to tear yourself away, there is much to see and do nearby. Explore quaint fishing villages and bustling coastal towns such as Hartland, less than 1 mile away with its pubs and tearooms and picture-postcard abbey. The cliffside village of Clovelly is just 6 miles away with its famous donkeys, while slightly further afield is the Cornish coastal town of Bude (16 miles), which has a variety of sandy beaches and coves to choose from and a wider selection of pubs, shops and eateries.

On entering the light and airy studio-style accommodation, you will find yourself in the charming open-plan lounge/sleeping area which has feature vaulted ceilings with cross beams. Here you can make yourselves comfortable on the sofa and catch up with your favourite programmes on the Smart TV. At night, the king-size bed offers a welcome place to rest your head. The kitchen area has an induction hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and small table and chairs where you can enjoy romantic meals for two. Exploring the studio further, you will find a shower room with a shower and WC.

Step outside to enjoy a drink in the sunshine. There is a space with garden furniture and a lawn area to enjoy. Plus, there is off-road parking for one car.
