Good location. Helpful to have a lift for the suitcase etc. Parking very easy. Bus stop close by for the centre. Perfect for a couple wanting to visit the area.

This is a lovely elegant apartment, walking distance from Harrogate and in a disc zone parking area allowing9 hours on weekdays and unrestricted at weekends. Unrestricted parking on next road ; this combination works well. The lift to the door is a plus for arrival, loading and unloading. The apartment has quality fixtures and fittings. The outlookRead more directly onto the Stray is fantastic, yet the apartment is quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is small but again has quality fittings. Hide

We stayed 10 days and really enjoyed this lovely apartment with its great light. The temperature went from 5 to 24 degrees while we were here, so we got to experience Harrogate in the cold and heat, full sunshine as well.

Our flat was perfect for our needs. Overlooked the stray, walk to all amenities and close to transportation.

We enjoyed the comfort of flat 4 and found it to be one of the cosiest we have stayed in. We were very pleased to have blankets to use as the quilt would have been too warm. The key arrangement was very helpful also. Being without a car we found the bus service frequency outstanding and such modern buses as too.

Harrogate is a thriving, historic town at the heart of North Yorkshire and at the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. This fantastic town is a hit with culturists, historians and holidaymakers alike. Dubbed ‘The English Spa’ in 1596, the town boasts spa water high in iron, sulphur and salt. The Royal Pump Room is still open today as a museum, showcasing the original equipment that was used in its heyday. Two other major draws to the town are the Harrogate Convention Centre and the Great Yorkshire Showground. The former is a multi-purpose venue large enough to house huge conventions and business conferences. Many of the events are fan-based like the Lego-themed attractions and comic-cons. The latter is an outdoor venue that hosts even large events and shows, namely the agricultural Great Yorkshire Show.

Fancy a day of walking? Head to the Valley Gardens, home to a multitude of landscaped gardens that embrace different styles and influence. For further horticultural foray, head to the RHS Garden, Harlow Carr. The stunning gardens provide a leafy retreat where you can wander through woodland and alongside waterways.

The town centre is home to an array of boutique fashion shops, as well as high street favourites in and around the Victoria Shopping Centre. The Montpellier Quarter also offers exclusive shops and a huge range of antique dealers, ideal for hunting out a unique bargain. This fashionable spa town also plays host to many Michelin-starred restaurants too.

There is a host of places to visit and spend time at in and around Harrogate. We have a selection of holiday homes that include chic apartments, elegant townhouses and cosy cottages for romantic stays to inspire your break in Harrogate. Why not visit our collection to find your perfect property?
