Located in the heart of the beautiful city of Ripon, this stunning and spacious loft apartment has been converted from a former stone chapel to provide fantastic accommodation for a family looking to explore the breathtaking countryside of North Yorkshire with their four-legged friend. Harrogate Convention Centre is just 12 miles away, making this an ideal location for business visitors, and the popular Ripon Racecourse is also nearby (2 miles). Please note the property features a spiral staircase.

This first-floor duplex apartment is accessed via a communal staircase. The property features a light, spacious and stylish open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with beautiful floor-to-ceiling sash windows. There’s a comfy double bedroom, and a feature spiral staircase leads up to the Master suite, with a double sleigh bed, wooden sleigh cot, en-suite shower room and an additional sofa bed for occasional guest use. There’s also an elegant bathroom, and a small garden space outside for communal use. Designated parking is available for one car.

The apartment is ideally positioned for discovering the many independent shops, restaurants and pubs that Ripon has to offer. The cobbled market square is a short walk away, where the hornblower sounds the horn nightly. Ripon is known for its cathedral and museums, including the Workhouse Museum and the Prison and Police Museum (both within ½ mile). Other attractions include Fountains Abbey (4 miles), Newby Hall (6 miles) and the Black Sheep Brewery at Masham (10 miles). You will also be close to Knaresborough (12 miles) and Pateley Bridge (12 miles).

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Nicely maintained and appealing property, well equipped, comfortable and spacious (for four) in quiet yet central situation very convenient for all amenities - good shops , restaurants , pubs etc. Even an arty cinema close by. Harrogate is a thriving, historic town at the heart of North Yorkshire and at the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. This fantastic town is a hit with culturists, historians and holidaymakers alike. Dubbed ‘The English Spa’ in 1596, the town boasts spa water high in iron, sulphur and salt. The Royal Pump Room is still open today as a museum, showcasing the original equipment that was used in its heyday. Two other major draws to the town are the Harrogate Convention Centre and the Great Yorkshire Showground.
