The apartment overlooks St Mary''s Avenue, a residential street just moments away from Harrogate''s popular and vibrant Cold Bath Road where you will find a fantastic range of over 50 independent shops, cafes, art galleries and a wide variety of restaurants. Many of Harrogate’s attractions can be found within half a mile, including Betty’s Cafe Tea Rooms, the beautiful Valley Gardens, the Royal Pump Room Museum and the Victoria Shopping Centre. Great, comfy and well equipped apartment in fantastic location for exploring lovely Harrogate, had everything we needed and good value for money. Parking disc provided and there is free parking nearby on Glebe Road. 2 minor issues which need improvement - double bed is 2 singles and would benefit from a decent, well fitting mattress topper. There aRead morere also pigeons nesting near the bedroom - they are noisy and unpleasant- would be good if this could be dealt with, but did not overly bother us. Hide

The apartment was lovely and in a perfect location. The bathroom is a little tired but it didn't detract from it being a nice well kept apartment. The only problem was the bed which was so hard and the springs could be felt, we didn't sleep very much the first night. We bought a mattress topper the following day and this resolved the issue and we sRead morelept sound the following 2 nights. I would have given all 5 stars had there not been an issue with the bed. I would definitely stay again. Hide

The apartment is in a very handy location, just a few minutes' walk from the town centre. We found it comfortable and well-equipped - it would have been nice to have a guest book to find out what previous guests had done and to leave recommendations. Maybe that was a casualty of the pandemic. The main drawback is the parking: this is limited to twoRead more hours a day (between 9am and 6pm), so we had to move the car during the day, but we found unrestricted roadside parking just a short walk away. Central location, Parking can be an issue which would be easily resolved by providing a parking permit which other rental appartments provided on same street. apartment was clean. Complimentary tea was musty tasting suggesting it was not fresh. Some of the furniture was beginning to look tatty and worn, probably needs replacing. Location was great pity no parking permit so max was two hours plenty of room in lounge ideal separate wc and bathroom kitchen adequate clean enough a little dated but ok out and about most of the time anyway

The apartment is in a very ideal location, it is very central for the town centre regarding the shops. It is in a good position for the bus and train station, or visiting museums or the park. Everywhere is within easy walking distance.

Harrogate is a thriving, historic town at the heart of North Yorkshire and at the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. This fantastic town is a hit with culturists, historians and holidaymakers alike. Dubbed ‘The English Spa’ in 1596, the town boasts spa water high in iron, sulphur and salt. The Royal Pump Room is still open today as a museum, showcasing the original equipment that was used in its heyday. Two other major draws to the town are the Harrogate Convention Centre and the Great Yorkshire Showground. The former is a multi-purpose venue large enough to house huge conventions and business conferences. Many of the events are fan-based like the Lego-themed attractions and comic-cons. The latter is an outdoor venue that hosts even large events and shows, namely the agricultural Great Yorkshire Show.
