This accommodation was great for 6 friends. The owners split the beds so we could all have our own beds. Cottage was beautifully decorated. Modern and clean with nice little touches throughout. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Good location too.

The cottage was perfect for our family Christmas! We hired both cottages and there was so much space, the cottages were so well equipped with facilities- the toiletries smelt gorgeous and the Prosecco went down nicely on Christmas Eve! Even our dog got spoilt with some biscuits! We cant wait to come back.

Highly recommend this accommodation for a stay in Knaresborough. The owners were so welcoming and accomodating. The place was spotlessly clean, well appointed and had plenty of space for a three couples, one with a baby. It is also exceptionally good value.

Harrogate is a thriving, historic town at the heart of North Yorkshire and at the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. This fantastic town is a hit with culturists, historians and holidaymakers alike. Dubbed ‘The English Spa’ in 1596, the town boasts spa water high in iron, sulphur and salt. The Royal Pump Room is still open today as a museum, showcasing the original equipment that was used in its heyday. Two other major draws to the town are the Harrogate Convention Centre and the Great Yorkshire Showground. The former is a multi-purpose venue large enough to house huge conventions and business conferences. Many of the events are fan-based like the Lego-themed attractions and comic-cons. The latter is an outdoor venue that hosts even large events and shows, namely the agricultural Great Yorkshire Show.

Fancy a day of walking? Head to the Valley Gardens, home to a multitude of landscaped gardens that embrace different styles and influence. For further horticultural foray, head to the RHS Garden, Harlow Carr. The stunning gardens provide a leafy retreat where you can wander through woodland and alongside waterways.

The town centre is home to an array of boutique fashion shops, as well as high street favourites in and around the Victoria Shopping Centre. The Montpellier Quarter also offers exclusive shops and a huge range of antique dealers, ideal for hunting out a unique bargain. This fashionable spa town also plays host to many Michelin-starred restaurants too.
