Nidderdale is the perfect spot for a tranquil retreat, offering an outdoor playground for walkers, cyclists, sightseers and industrial heritage seekers.

The lounge area, with comfy seating, a TV and a wood burner, is the perfect spot to relax with some quiet time after a long day so you can cosy up on the sofas with something good on the TV. Heading through to the kitchen area, prepare a meal in the well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave. The dining area seats four, ideal for catching up with friends or family nearby. Heading upstairs to the first floor, is the sleeping accommodation. The master bedroom is a large double bedroom with large picture windows looking towards the owners’ woodland. Completing the first floor is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Venturing outside to the garden, you will find a seating area perfect for dining alfresco, and 29 acres of the owners’ woodland to explore, ideal for dog walking. There is off-road parking for one car directly outside the property and additional parking available behind the property.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Harrogate is a thriving, historic town at the heart of North Yorkshire and at the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. This fantastic town is a hit with culturists, historians and holidaymakers alike. Dubbed ‘The English Spa’ in 1596, the town boasts spa water high in iron, sulphur and salt. The Royal Pump Room is still open today as a museum, showcasing the original equipment that was used in its heyday. Two other major draws to the town are the Harrogate Convention Centre and the Great Yorkshire Showground. The former is a multi-purpose venue large enough to house huge conventions and business conferences. Many of the events are fan-based like the Lego-themed attractions and comic-cons.
