Thoughtfully converted former barn, offering spacious and well-maintained accommodation for five guests, located in a quiet farmland location in the North Yorkshire countryside.
A stylish single-storey barn conversion property, this cottage boasts a spacious interior with light-filled rooms and vaulted beamed ceilings. The quiet rural location is wonderfully peaceful and yet has excellent links to both Harrogate and Leeds, which can be easily reached by car or by train from Weeton village station, which is situated less than a mile from the cottage.
Make yourself at home in the lounge area of this cottage’s open-plan living area with its two comfortable sofas allowing guests to enjoy the TV/DVD. The contemporary kitchen area occupies one corner of the room next to which the dining area has doors leading out to a patio. Both bedrooms have been finished in a chic understated style, the first of which is a king-size room, whilst the other is a family room offering both a double and single bed. The bathroom is a spacious room which would not be out of place in a stylish hotel, and benefits from a deep freestanding bath as well as a separate shower.
This farm cottage may be surrounded by fields and rolling countryside, but it is in an excellent location for both Harrogate and Leeds, whether guests are visiting for business or pleasure. 6.5 miles to the north, Harrogate is awash with restaurants and tea rooms and also has several beautiful parks including the 200-acre Stray. Leeds, meanwhile, with its designer shops and vibrant nightlife, lies twelve miles to the south.
Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
