Although in a tranquil setting, the property is ideally situated for visiting a range of fantastic historical attractions including Fountains Abbey, Newby Hall, Ripley Castle and Studley Royal. Ripon itself is a North Yorkshire gem, balancing a rich cultural heritage with exciting contemporary living, with its imposing cathedral, fascinating museums and a bustling market square.
Newly renovated for 2021 farmhouse, set in the owners' livestock farm. Step inside the entrance hall and instantly feel at home with the cosy country-style theme with a relaxed flow throughout the space, enabling guests to chat, relax and entertain at ease. It is an ideal space for family get-togethers or spending special time with friends. For laundry needs, there is a large utility room off the hallway with a washing machine and tumble dryer, also handy for wet coats and boots. Upstairs to the first floor are three well-appointed bedrooms. Two doubles, one with an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC, and a twin. Completing this floor is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
The generous, east-facing garden with its far-reaching views is the place to be all year round! Children and dogs can run free until their hearts' delight while adults relax from the warm embrace of the bubbling hot tub, sheltered by its oak frame. Light a BBQ and dine al-fresco in the warm summer sun. There is off road parking at the front of the property for 4 cars.
