Wasn't aware the cottage only had a small fridge with ice box, we took most of our food for our weeks stay and ended up throwing a lot of it out. The cottage is in a gorgeous location with lots to visit round about. It's clean and tidy and very cozy. If your planning to watch any TV your limited to what channels you can get.

It was ok, nothing special and not as clean as expected. Owner was very appologetic and sorted things efficently. However my first opinion of the property did not improve. Plesent enough but nothing special. We would not return. Its sad that his cleaning service affected our opinion of the property. He was very nice.

Beautiful cottage and peaceful. Totally secure for our big dog who enjoyed lying outside listening to the birds. The cottage was top notch and the bed was bliss. Our only gripe was no washing machine and a little too far for the nearest shop. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this cottage

A lovely quiet location with views of the countryside. Beautifully presented and spacious cottage for a couple with dogs. Secure garden and plenty of room to park more than one vehicle. Cosy cottage in a quiet village. Perfect for the ultimate get-away-from-it-all break. Great walks and Bedale was close enough for supplies and a mooch round the shops if you wanted to. My lab loved the peace and quiet - with a small garden to explore at his leisure.
