Please note the cottage is unsuitable for pets or children under 12 years.
The cottage features an elegant lounge with opulent French antique furniture, a cosy snug with a TV/DVD and surround sound, a beautifully furnished dining hall, a stunning kitchen and a sunroom with magnificent views. There are four bedrooms, all overlooking the dale and benefitting from Hypnos mattresses: a master bedroom with 6’ super-king-size bed (which can be made into two singles on request), a twin room, and two doubles (one with en-suite shower room). The bedrooms also have handcrafted furniture. There’s also a bathroom and outbuildings for storage. You can dine alfresco on the patio or enjoy a picnic on the extensive grassy area. Ample parking is available for four cars but the owner requires occasional access to the locked garage.
Set in the Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this lovely cottage is also perfect for exploring the Yorkshire Dales (8 miles) and visiting the pretty town of Pateley Bridge which offers a choice of great restaurants and pubs, as well as England’s Oldest Sweet Shop (6 miles). Nearby attractions include Ripon Cathedral (13 miles), Fountains Abbey (11 miles) and Ripley Castle (9 miles) or you could head to Harrogate (10 miles) which has a fantastic choice of restaurants, pubs, tea rooms and visitor attractions.
