Directly facing the Harrogate Convention Centre, this studio apartment is a perfect location for up to two guests looking to enjoy a short stay in the vibrant spa town of Harrogate. Located on the first floor of this thoughtfully renovated Victorian building, this light and stylish apartment is part of a development which can accommodate 12 people when booked together. The property features a communal entrance and lobby with a vending machine. Steps lead to a car park which should be booked in advance.

The suite features a super-king-size 6’ bed which can be split into two singles on request. There’s a Smart TV, wardrobe and a locally-produced kitchenette which contains everything you may need for preparing a light meal or breakfast, including a microwave, toaster, fridge and kettle. There’s a bay window dining area for two. The property also features a bathroom with a free-standing bath and double shower. A travel cot is available on a first come first served basis, and pets are welcome.

Due to the property’s central location there’s a fantastic choice for eating and drinking just moments away. You could head to Cold Bath Road where there are over 50 fabulous independent restaurants, shops and cafes, and you’re sure to find something to cater for every taste, including Chinese, Italian and seafood restaurants. Harrogate is also home to the famous Betty’s Cafe Tea Rooms, as well as the Valley Gardens, the Turkish Baths and the Royal Pump Room Museum, all within a short walking distance.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Harrogate is a thriving, historic town at the heart of North Yorkshire and at the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. This fantastic town is a hit with culturists, historians and holidaymakers alike. Dubbed ‘The English Spa’ in 1596, the town boasts spa water high in iron, sulphur and salt. The Royal Pump Room is still open today as a museum, showcasing the original equipment that was used in its heyday. Two other major draws to the town are the Harrogate Convention Centre and the Great Yorkshire Showground. The former is a multi-purpose venue large enough to house huge conventions and business conferences. Many of the events are fan-based like the Lego-themed attractions and comic-cons. The latter is an outdoor venue that hosts even large events and shows, namely the agricultural Great Yorkshire Show.

Fancy a day of walking? Head to the Valley Gardens, home to a multitude of landscaped gardens that embrace different styles and influence. For further horticultural foray, head to the RHS Garden, Harlow Carr. The stunning gardens provide a leafy retreat where you can wander through woodland and alongside waterways.

The town centre is home to an array of boutique fashion shops, as well as high street favourites in and around the Victoria Shopping Centre. The Montpellier Quarter also offers exclusive shops and a huge range of antique dealers, ideal for hunting out a unique bargain.
