Part of a large Victorian property ideally situated in the heart of the spa town of Harrogate, this attractive second-floor apartment is ideal for guests looking to enjoy a fantastic short stay.

Offering ideal accommodation for two guests, this attractive suite is perfect for an enjoyable short stay in Harrogate and is located on the second floor of a large Victorian building, with far-reaching views across the town. This studio suite is part of a development which can accommodate 12 people when booked together. There is a communal entrance at the front and a communal lobby with a vending machine to the rear. Please note there are steps to the front and rear of the property.

The suite comprises a comfortable room with a Smart TV, a bespoke kitchenette cupboard which is perfect for preparing breakfast and light meals, and a super-king-size bed, which can be made into two singles on request. There is also a bathroom featuring a free-standing bath and double shower. Parking space is available and can be booked in advance. Pets are welcome, and a travel cot is available on a first come first served basis.

Due to its central location there’s a fantastic choice of places to eat and drink nearby, offering everything from Italian restaurants and burger bars to the famous Betty’s Cafe Tea Rooms. Within half a mile is Cold Bath Road, which offers more than 50 great eateries and independent shops. Harrogate Convention Centre is also half a mile away and the beautiful Valley Gardens are just across the road. Other nearby attractions include the Turkish Baths, Harrogate Theatre and the Royal Pump Room Museum. The train station is less than five minutes walk away.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Harrogate is a thriving, historic town at the heart of North Yorkshire and at the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. This fantastic town is a hit with culturists, historians and holidaymakers alike. Dubbed ‘The English Spa’ in 1596, the town boasts spa water high in iron, sulphur and salt. The Royal Pump Room is still open today as a museum, showcasing the original equipment that was used in its heyday. Two other major draws to the town are the Harrogate Convention Centre and the Great Yorkshire Showground. The former is a multi-purpose venue large enough to house huge conventions and business conferences. Many of the events are fan-based like the Lego-themed attractions and comic-cons. The latter is an outdoor venue that hosts even large events and shows, namely the agricultural Great Yorkshire Show.

Fancy a day of walking? Head to the Valley Gardens, home to a multitude of landscaped gardens that embrace different styles and influence. For further horticultural foray, head to the RHS Garden, Harlow Carr. The stunning gardens provide a leafy retreat where you can wander through woodland and alongside waterways.

The town centre is home to an array of boutique fashion shops, as well as high street favourites in and around the Victoria Shopping Centre. The Montpellier Quarter also offers exclusive shops and a huge range of antique dealers, ideal for hunting out a unique bargain.
