There are some lovely riverside walks nearby, and one dog is welcome. This is an ideal retreat for visitors to the popular spa town of Harrogate which is just 5 miles away.

Ideally positioned for business visitors and holidaymakers, this pretty apartment offers comfortable accommodation in a quiet area. The light and welcoming ground-floor property features an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner complete with sitting area, dining table and a galley kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment and a microwave. French windows lead out onto a private patio area where you can enjoy a BBQ. There’s also a comfortable bedroom with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. Parking is available.

Knaresborough is a great base for exploring this part of North Yorkshire with Harrogate, York (17 miles) and Leeds (19 miles) all within easy reach and the Yorkshire Dales just 12 miles away. The town itself is full of character and offers a fantastic range of great pubs and restaurants, as well as attractions including Knaresborough Castle and the popular Waterside. Nearby attractions include Mother Shipton’s Cave (1½ miles), the Yorkshire Showground (4 miles) and Brimham Rocks (12 miles). The railway station is within half a mile.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

A well maintained, very comfortable little apartment with a very friendly and helpful owner. Within easy walking distance of the town, with lovely riverside walks nearby which our dog loved. We can't fault it.

The suite was very cozy and had everything we needed for a two week stay. The kitchen was well appointed and the little apartment was very comfortable. We enjoyed having our own space. It was very private and quiet. Close to lovely market in Knaresborough, lovely walking and shopping near by.

Harrogate is a thriving, historic town at the heart of North Yorkshire and at the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. This fantastic town is a hit with culturists, historians and holidaymakers alike. Dubbed ‘The English Spa’ in 1596, the town boasts spa water high in iron, sulphur and salt. The Royal Pump Room is still open today as a museum, showcasing the original equipment that was used in its heyday. Two other major draws to the town are the Harrogate Convention Centre and the Great Yorkshire Showground. The former is a multi-purpose venue large enough to house huge conventions and business conferences. Many of the events are fan-based like the Lego-themed attractions and comic-cons.
