Lovely little romantic location with some great views. Lovely towns around the area but would need a car to travel to these. Property clean and comfortable and a lovely welcome by the owners.

Absolutely beautiful place, couldn't have asked for anything better. It was so peaceful and relaxing, just what we needed. The cottage is small but well thought out, the hot tub is a great addition, as was the bread and eggs for breakfast, i would love to visit again in the summer.

A beautiful hi spec cottage in a lovely rural area. The cottage is bijou as advertised but my partner is tall so we did find it a bit too small. Lovely spacious wet room though and a really comfy bed! You would have to set aside a morning to heat up the log fired hot tub if you wanted to use it later on as it initially takes 3 hours to get going. IRead moret was a bit too far out of the way and a bit too small for us. Would recommend for summer stay but not winter Hide

Excellent accommodation in general with beautiful views in a tranquil setting. Lots of walks and small towns a short car journey. The bed and mattress needs improving and the kitchen sink is difficult to use but these are the only criticisms. The hot tub was amazing and is drained after each stay and filled with clean water.

Harrogate is a thriving, historic town at the heart of North Yorkshire and at the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. This fantastic town is a hit with culturists, historians and holidaymakers alike. Dubbed ‘The English Spa’ in 1596, the town boasts spa water high in iron, sulphur and salt. The Royal Pump Room is still open today as a museum, showcasing the original equipment that was used in its heyday. Two other major draws to the town are the Harrogate Convention Centre and the Great Yorkshire Showground. The former is a multi-purpose venue large enough to house huge conventions and business conferences. Many of the events are fan-based like the Lego-themed attractions and comic-cons. The latter is an outdoor venue that hosts even large events and shows, namely the agricultural Great Yorkshire Show.

Fancy a day of walking? Head to the Valley Gardens, home to a multitude of landscaped gardens that embrace different styles and influence. For further horticultural foray, head to the RHS Garden, Harlow Carr. The stunning gardens provide a leafy retreat where you can wander through woodland and alongside waterways.

The town centre is home to an array of boutique fashion shops, as well as high street favourites in and around the Victoria Shopping Centre. The Montpellier Quarter also offers exclusive shops and a huge range of antique dealers, ideal for hunting out a unique bargain. This fashionable spa town also plays host to many Michelin-starred restaurants too.

There is a host of places to visit and spend time at in and around Harrogate. We have a selection of holiday homes that include chic apartments, elegant townhouses and cosy cottages for romantic stays to inspire your break in Harrogate. Why not visit our collection to find your perfect property?
