This beautiful, spacious and stylish property nestles in a fantastic spot in the centre of Harrogate and is perfectly situated for exploring the Dales and the wonderful scenery of North Yorkshire, or convenient for attending events at the Convention Centre.

Nestling in a quiet corner of Harrogate, this lovely townhouse is just a short walk from this picturesque towns many attractions. There are plenty of great restaurants, cafes and pubs nearby, and the property is ideal for visitors to the Harrogate Convention Centre or Harrogate Theatre. You can explore delightful parks and gardens including the Stray, Valley Gardens and Harlow Carr RHS Gardens. Also nearby are the Turkish Baths, the Yorkshire Showground and the Royal Pump Room Museum. There are plenty of great walks through the Yorkshire Dales and the Nidd Gorge, or you could visit Brimham Rocks, Knaresborough Castle or Almscliffe Crag. There are several charming towns and historic cities within easy reach including Ripon, Skipton and York.

On entering this stylish townhouse from the ground floor entrance you will find yourself in the open-plan kitchen/dining area fully equipped with integrated appliances including an electric oven, extractor fan, fridge, freezer and dishwasher and with a table seating 8 and a TV.  Heading upstairs you'll find the open plan lounge/conservatory with plenty of comfortable seating and additional TV, an ideal space to unwind. You will also find a charming dining/study area ideal for those travelling on business. Heading up to the 2nd floor there are two comfortable kingsize bedrooms which can be made into twins on request which share a family bathroom with shower over bath and WC. On the top floor there are two further bedrooms, one double which can be made into two small twins on request and a twin bedroom which can be made into a super-king-size into on request, one has an en-suite with shower and WC whilst the other has a shower and basin located in the bedroom and a separate WC can be found off the landing.

Off-road parking for 2 small cars at the rear of the property and 1 further space to the front of building. This area is protected by parking bollards - keys are kept inside the property. There is a lovely outside patio area with dining for 8 people.

We loved our stay at Conference Townhouse. It's a great location for the Conference Centre, just across the road, It's well decorated and the beds were super comfy!

This place was excellent, perfect location for a conference across the road. Harrogate was welcoming in the cold November air especially when coming back to a beautiful cottage. Highly recommend this property for any families or working professionals heading to harrogate.

Everything about this house suited us down to the ground. We did get a bit of a workout from the ground to the 3 rd floor. Great location right in the centre with loads of places to eat and drink close by. Would definitely recommend.

Really lovely house in a fantastic location. Everything has been really well thought through in this tastefully decorates and nicely furnished house. Parking in Harrogate can be tricky and the addition of 3 parking spaces is excellent.

In the perfect location for Harrogate town centre with ample parking, the house is recently tastefully refurbished and a lovely space for family/friends to get together and enjoy time all together. Harrogate is a thriving, historic town at the heart of North Yorkshire and at the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. This fantastic town is a hit with culturists, historians and holidaymakers alike. Dubbed ‘The English Spa’ in 1596, the town boasts spa water high in iron, sulphur and salt. The Royal Pump Room is still open today as a museum, showcasing the original equipment that was used in its heyday.
