This beautiful, spacious and stylish property nestles in a fantastic spot in the centre of Harrogate and is perfectly situated for exploring the Dales and the wonderful scenery of North Yorkshire, or convenient for attending events at the Convention Centre.

Nestling in a quiet corner of Harrogate, this lovely townhouse is just a short walk from this picturesque towns many attractions. There are plenty of great restaurants, cafes and pubs nearby, and the property is ideal for visitors to the Harrogate Convention Centre or Harrogate Theatre. You can explore delightful parks and gardens including the Stray, Valley Gardens and Harlow Carr RHS Gardens. Also nearby are the Turkish Baths, the Yorkshire Showground and the Royal Pump Room Museum. There are plenty of great walks through the Yorkshire Dales and the Nidd Gorge, or you could visit Brimham Rocks, Knaresborough Castle or Almscliffe Crag. There are several charming towns and historic cities within easy reach including Ripon, Skipton and York.

On entering this lovely holiday cottage you will find yourself in the bright and stylish open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With comfy seating and TV, the light and welcoming lounge is an ideal space to unwind in. You will also find a charming dining area and the attractively designed kitchen is fully equipped with integrated appliances including an electric oven, extractor fan, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Exploring this delightful property further you will find a comfy bedroom on the lower ground floor with a zip-and-link double bed, which can be made up into two singles on prior request, and a TV. There’s also a corner shower room with WC, as well as a utility room containing a washing machine and airing rack. Heading up to the first floor you will find two further comfortable bedrooms, each with a TV. There’s a twin room, which can be made up into a double on prior request and a double room. You will also find a bathroom complete with a shower over the bath and a WC.

Off-road parking for 2 cars in tandem is available to the front of building – adequate for a people carrier plus one hatchback. This area is protected by parking bollards - keys are kept inside the property.

We are a group of 8 golfers who were looking to stay near the center of Harrogate and the house ticked all the boxes. There is plenty of living space with 4 big bedrooms, a large kitchen with a table that easily sits 8 and another dining room and lounge. There is also a nice little seating area outside which was great on a sunny day. The 3 parking Read morespaces were helpful, and the location is perfect for Harrogate town center, It's less than 5 minutes walk to the middle of town and there are a couple of really nice restaurants within 50 yards. Communication has been second to none and having such a great place to stay really made the weekend special. Hide

Walking distance to the town centre but out of the way enough to be peaceful. A great communal kitchen diner and comfortable bedrooms.

A well situated and appointed house close to all of Harrogate's attractions. Beds were comfy and the kitchen diner area is a winner for enjoying a meal with a large group of friends.

We loved Harrogate and the Townhouse was a perfect base for our week in Yorkshire. We had 3 of our children with us over the weekend and the accommodation was perfect for a family weekend. We regularly meet up for long bank holidays and I think we will struggle to find a better location. Perhaps we will return to Harrogate!

The house was lovely, exactly like the photos and as described. Very central, 5 - 10 minute walk to Harrogate train station and all that Harrogate has to offer, 35 minute train into Leeds which costs about 7. The parking about the back is tight but it's great that there is space for 3 cars

We stayed in Conference Townhouse in the heart of the town. It was absolutely beautiful and very well presented. All information on how to access the property was extremely easy to follow, and the land lady extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Harrogate is a thriving, historic town at the heart of North Yorkshire and at the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
