Light-filled and spacious with a contemporary feel, this converted stables, set within eight acres of grounds, is an excellent choice for those who are looking to stay close to Harrogate or Leeds, but who are looking for the extra space that city properties simply cannot provide. Ideal for families or groups of friends.

Enjoy the astonishing space and elegant styling of this attractive barn conversion property with its two separate lounges, one of which can be used as a fourth bedroom, with a single and pull-out bed available at an extra charge. No window dressings in this room allow for spectacular views, but perhaps those sleeping here may like to bring an eye-mask. There is also a king-size and a double room, which share a shower room. The remaining king-size bedroom is located on the ground floor, opposite which there is a shower room with a WC, as well as a separate cloakroom. The kitchen/diner, meanwhile, is well-equipped and has bi-fold doors opening to the patio, allowing guests to drink outside, before retiring to the eight-seater dining table for a leisurely meal.

Ideally situated for those who like to spend time in nature, this property is surrounded by miles of lush countryside criss-crossed with footpaths. The village pub can be found within just a few hundred metres of the property and is well-known locally for its high-quality food. The railway station, with direct links to Leeds, Harrogate, and York can be reached within a mile of the property.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Thanks for a great weekend we have had a lovely time and the house is great. The views from the windows are lovely and it is a very peaceful and relaxing place to stay. We can recommend the food at the pub over the road and had a lovely time at the Turkish Baths. It was lovely that Ian brought us fresh eggs from the hens just as we were cooking breRead moreakfast...Looking forward to visiting again. Hide

Harrogate is a thriving, historic town at the heart of North Yorkshire and at the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
