A beautiful lounge/diner welcomes you with a feature stone fireplace with a delightful multi-fuel stove (first basket of logs provided). The kitchen has been carefully designed to include everything you could need, including an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. On the ground floor, you will find a handy utility room with a freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, the perfect place to leave coats and muddy boots after a day exploring The Dales. There are two bedrooms, one king-size and one twin, and a bathroom with shower over the bath and WC.

Stepping outside, the cottage benefits from a beautiful enclosed rear garden with a lawn. There is a patio area with seating and a charcoal BBQ so that you can enjoy dining alfresco surrounded by splendid countryside. There is off-road parking for two cars and secure bicycle storage on request.

Harrogate is a thriving, historic town at the heart of North Yorkshire and at the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
