Sit back and relax in Cowslip Cottage’s cosy lounge where guests can light the open fire, enjoy a film on the TV/DVD or challenge their fellow guests to a game on the Wii games console. The kitchen has a table seating six, as well as a good range of equipment. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, a single located on the half landing, a twin (which can be made into a super king-size on request) and the master bedroom which is a king-size. For larger parties there are a two fold-out beds for occasional use which can be provided on request at an additional charge. The bathroom is also upstairs and offers a shower-over-bath and WC. Finish off the day sitting either using the private patio or in the enclosed garden with drinks or a BBQ.
Killinghall is a peaceful village just 2 miles north of Harrogate making it easy to zip into town for both work and pleasure, whether you are in town for an event at the convention centre or simply enjoying a relaxing weekend break with visits to the spa baths and the town’s many restaurants. The working farm has 300 beef cattle along with a small campsite and cookshop. The village itself has two welcoming pubs, both within 0.5 miles of the cottage.
