This opulent first-floor two-bedroom apartment benefits from gorgeous views of Valley Gardens. Whilst being able to enjoy a park vista, you are a few hundred yards from the eclectic shopping street of Cold Bath Road, and just over a half-mile walk to Harrogate town centre with its attractions, top restaurants, theatre, Convention Centre and much more.

The apartment is entered via ten steps that lead up to the communal front door of this small, quiet residential block. Up one flight of stairs takes you to the apartment itself which opens on to an elegant hall. Heading further in you’ll reach the grand and spacious corniced lounge/diner with its wonderful view of Valley Gardens (please note the fireplace is for decoration purposes only and not in use) . The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for dining in, and there’s a large useful utility area with laundry facilities. The stylish master bedroom comes with a double bed, duck down duvet, en-suite bathroom with shower over bath. The second bedroom also comes with a double bed, duck down duvet and en-suite shower room with WC. There’s also a separate cloakroom with WC.

For business travellers you couldn’t have so much convenience on your doorstep. Car parking, free Wi-Fi, a half-mile walk from the Harrogate Convention Centre and just under a mile to the train station. Equally leisure travellers will enjoy its proximity to shopping, the Royal Pump Room Museum, the Turkish Baths, the Theatre and the Yorkshire Showground to name but a few local attractions. And of course, bars and restaurants that cater to every taste.

Our second visit to the flat. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean, lovely location overlooking valley gardens. No problem parking ,a real bonus. A few minutes stroll to the town centre amenities.

Beautifully decorated and furnished apartment in a brilliant location across from the park for a morning stroll. Close into the town centre so walking in and out before and after dinner was so quick and easy

Well presented apartment in a fantastic location. Everything you could need for a comfy stay is here. As other reviews note, some things are a a little tired but that doesnt detract from anything. We plan to stay here again next time were in Yorkshire. Great communications from the owners.

We had a very enjoyable break in Harrogate and found the apartment comfortable but in need of some TLC as it was looking a bit "tired" in relation to the online photos. The location is excellent and on a local bus route which was handy.

Beautiful apartment! We so enjoyed our stay at the Royal Apartment, lovely spaces and very comfortable accommodation. Conveniences in the Kitchen was great, well equipped. The owners of the apartment are very accommodating and very pleasant and nice. And the location is absolutely perfect for walking everywhere in Harrogate and being across the strRead moreeet for Valley Gardens was a joy, we loved our daily strolls in the park. We also walked frequently to the RHS gardens, stunning place. Hide

Lovely apartment, comfortable,clean ,with great views of valley gardens. Convenient and pleasant short stroll to Harrogate town centre and the Stray in full blossom. Parking space a real bonus. Would definitely visit again. Peaceful location.
