Set on the ground floor of an impressive townhouse, this spacious apartment is just a short walk from the Harrogate Convention Centre (less than a ¼ mile), making it an ideal location for a couple or a business visitor looking for an excellently situated spot just outside the heart of the town. Accessed via seven steps with grab rails, this attractive property is perfect for up to four guests wanting to enjoy a short break in North Yorkshire. This attractive, stylish and welcoming property features a comfortable lounge/diner with large bay window and plenty of comfy seating. There’s a stylishly designed kitchen with a breakfast area, and a cosy bedroom with a 6’ super-king-size bed, which can be made up as two twin beds on prior request. The walk-in wet room style shower room has level access. To the rear of the property there is a shared courtyard where you can relax and enjoy the sun.

Ideally situated just outside the centre of Harrogate, this pretty apartment is within a mile of all the town’s popular attractions, including Harrogate Theatre, the Royal Pump Room Museum, the beautiful Valley Gardens and the famous Betty’s Cafe Tea Rooms. You will also be well situated for the Victoria Shopping Centre and Cold Bath Road, where you will find a fantastic range of more than 50 independent shops and eateries to suit all tastes.

Fabulous location, comfortable stay, a bonus having a car park spot although the council need to look at the pot holes along the back road leading to the driveway. Excellent dishwasher, washing machine and the shower were all fabulous. Extra caution taken with dogs as the grounds arent 100% for dogs as the front gate is left open often by other resRead moreidents in the building and Kings Road being an extremely busy commuter road. Perhaps a gate could be thought of to secure the front from the back garden?? Would love to come back soon. Thanks for having us. Hide

Really confortable property, very well located, and to have a designated parking place on the edge iof central Harrogate was a real bonus. Property clean and well furnished, great bay window onto the front garden. Previous review said it was 'tired' - if so, not the case now, been thoroughly refreshed to a high standard. Would certainly recommend.

Nice comfortable well appointed apartment close to the town centre and all amenities. Nice jumping off spot for discovering North Yorkshire. Would certainly stay again.

We found this flat very unappealing, with a large pothole outside the parking bay which made it difficult getting in and out, snd the entryway was dirty with a filthy mat and blood on the walls! And under the kitchen wall units they were covered in grease and grime, obviously hadnt been cleaned in years! the bedding- extremely old and grotty pillowRead mores and the mattress protector was so incredibly stained it looked like it hadnt been washed in years- revolting ! We left as soon as we could Hide

Lovely apartment, steep steps to front door. Kitchen lacking some basic equipment. Good shower room. Overall a good apartment, very quiet. and good parking.

Well equipped and with car parking a real bonus in a town where parking is not easy. We were attending a conference at the Convention centre and this was perfect for us to easily walk back and forth. All equipment we used worked well, so our stay was very easy and we would hope to stay again in the future.

Lovely accommodation in a great location, the parking space is a big bonus and the patches of grass and nearby park are very helpful for dog owners. Just a shame that the sofa was worn out and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable and should have been replaced months ago

Good central location. Short walk to centre of town. Well equipped apartment. Parking space for car is good but large pothole nearby - difficult to avoid. Lots of useful info in folder. Dog friendly.

Location great. Walk to the station in 15 mins. Apartment needs tlc, mattress and duvet cover need replacing and pillows would be better with pillow protectors on and pillow cases that fit. That said the shower is great and the microwave, the oven and the dishwasher appear fairly new, we had all we needed to have a great week.
