A warm arrival awaits at this elegant yet cosy cottage, with its open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with its beamed vaulted ceiling and gorgeous leather sofas. Beautiful location in the heart of the countryside with walks immediately adjacent to the cottage. Lots of wildlife and some fine examples of rare breeds of cattle and pigs. Spotlessly clean

A wonderful holiday cottage and wonderful conversion from what was the cow sheds. The owner, Liz, was super helpful and responded immediately to the one tiny issue we had with the tv. I cant recommend it highly enough for a totally peaceful country break. Thank you so much Liz. I hope we come back soon.

Dove Cottage is the best cottage weve stayed in! It is huge! Spotlessly clean, equipped with everything you need and in a good location. Great if you have a dog too as plenty of country walks around the cottage and nearby. Owners Rupert and Liz are lovely and always about if you need any help

Such a pretty cottage in idyllic rural surroundings perfect as a base to explore the many interesting places in the area and also enjoy the countryside with our dog. The cottage was very well equiped, every comfort carefully provided - great shower, comfortable bed and a good place to relax during the evening .

Relaxing break at Dove Cottage in a beautiful location. We walked from the cottage up to Almscliffe Crag and then on to North Rigton for Sunday lunch at The Square & Compass. Plenty to do in the surrounding area and highlights for us were visit to Harrogate including afternoon tea at the famous Bettys Tea Room. Harewood House is well worth a visit Read moretoo. Hide
