The sofa and arm chairs were not that comfortable but the beds were lovely. It was nice to have a hot tub but we only used it once as we would have preferred to access it direct from the property and not have to walk round the front of the cottage in my robe and swimwear. Overall though we had a lovely few days here. We have recommended it to familRead morey who have booked to come and stay with you later in the year. Hide

The cottage was a lovely place to stay with everything already there that you may need .....and more! The owners have clearly put a lot of thought and effort into the rentals. It is pretty remote so if you are looking to get away and chill it is perfect but is also only a short drive into Harrogate. Highly recommended !

Fabulous property beautiful location could nit fault the whole place. The owners left a lovely welcome hamper such a lovely touch. Would highly recommend this property for a relaxing cosy stay.!!!!!

Lovely cottage with everything needed and more. Fabulous welcome hamper with luxury treats. Hot tub was perfect. Quiet location but only 4 miles from Harrogate. Would definitely recommend Oak Cottage.

Great stay in a luxury cottage, hot tub was a treat even in the November weather. Location is isolated but a blessing to de-pressurise and get away from it all. Welcome hamper was much appreciated and a really nice touch.

Beautiful spacious cottage in well landscaped grounds, with everything we needed and only 10 minutes drive from Harrogate. Welcome pack was lovely too. Very kind and helpful owner so we will definitely be visiting again.

A wonderfully peaceful holiday at Oak Cottage. Despite the weather we had a great time eating out at many lovely local places and exploring Harrogate, but the best thing was chilling out in this cosy home from home. We wanted for nothing and the dogs loved running freely up and down the field and were impressed to find their own doggy bowls and dryRead moreing towels. Our Daughter made us use the hot tub a lot and it's the best hot tub we've been in. Perfect relaxing holiday, we will be back I'm sure. Hide

Great cottage, excellent location, very well set up. The US made hot tub must have been an expensive investment; comfortably large enough for 4 people and worked flawlessly. Ideal base for walking and exploring the Dales. Hosts are very welcoming and hospitable!
