This tastefully furnished and spacious first-floor apartment is just a short walk from Harrogate Centre and is a fantastic base for enjoying this delightful region.

Ideally situated for enjoying the picturesque spa town of Harrogate. A short walk takes you across the stray to the town centre where you will find numerous attractions like the beautiful Valley Gardens, Royal Pump Room Museum, Theatre, Turkish Baths, independent shops, pubs, restaurants, and the famous Bettys Tea room. Conveniently situated for the International conference centre and Royal Hall, also the RHS Harlow Carr Gardens which is approximately 1 1/2 miles away. Equidistant between Harrogate and Hornbeam Park railway stations with links to Leeds, York, and Knaresborough and another short walk to the local bus stop, where buses leave frequently to Leeds and Ripon, makes it an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area.

This first-floor apartment has a small entrance area, perfect to keep your shoes and coats which leads onto an staircase with beautiful stain glass windows. The spacious lounge offers all you need to relax after a day out in the town whilst there are two leather sofas from which guests can watch the Smart TV with Virgin media cable, DVD player. The kitchen has been renovated with ease of cooking in mind with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and washing machine along with table and chairs with double aspect. At one end of the landing, you will find a quirky reading nook with a cosy armchair and stained glass windows Attractive views of the grounds can also be enjoyed from the first bedroom with a king-size bed and carefully chosen furnishings. There is also a separate shower room with WC. Finally, there is the second bedroom with a king-size bed and plenty of storage.

Outside you can find your own private courtyard, which is a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a light lunch. There is off-street parking.

Fabulous place to stay...all the amenities you could need.Spotlessly clean. A short stroll over the Stay into town...yet a quiet location. Jeremy and Claire very helpful without being intrusive. Our second visit,would certainly go back again.

This apartment exceeded expectations in every sense. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need (and some you wouldn't have thought of). The apartment is comfortable, light and spacious, well furnished and in a peaceful, tree lined road, yards from open green-space and 10 minutes walk from the town centre

Highly recommend this apartment, its beautifully presented, well equipped and in a fantastic location, with everything close by but peaceful too. The Stray is just a few yards away and a short crossing of this beautiful area, leads to the centre of Harrogate, passing a Waitrose and restaurants.

This was an extremely comfortable, amazing apartment; just two of us stayed here but plenty of room for 4. The location was ideal, we parked the car up on the driveway and went everywhere on foot or the train. Would definitely recommend.

The previous reviewers were absolutely right, the apartment is a real "home from home", well equipped and very comfortable. We usually find things that could be improved e.g. kitchen knives not sharp and pieces of equipment are missing or broken - but none of that here! We would happily stay here again.

The apartment was everything expected and more. There was nothing to want for. It was truely a home to live in. Special welcome pack with local buiscuits was much appreciated. Jeremy and Claire were always available with helpful information. A place you will not wish to leave.

Beautifully equipped apartment, light and airy. Everything you could possibly need was thoughtfully supplied including 2 fans which we were very grateful for as we visited during the July heatwave. The location couldn't be better...a quiet tree lined road 2 seconds walk from the Stray through which you can walk into the town centre. Loved it!

Very clean well equipped flat about 15 minutes walk from the station and town. Very comfortable and cosy. Lovely big shower. Owners next door and very friendly and helpful.
