This lovely barn conversion in stone with oak beamed features set in open countryside, is only 10 minutes away from Harrogate Town Centre. There is a regular bus service every 20 minutes to Harrogate, Leeds & Ripon - so business people can leave the car behind.
There are two pubs within walking distance in the village. There are lovely long distance views particularly from the lounge.

Entrance hall leading to Bedroom 1 (with an attractive arched window feature) a single bed with optional smaller size pull-out bed underneath. There is an en-suite shower, toilet and basin. Stairs leading to a well-equipped kitchen fitted in medium oak, with extremely spacious and light Lounge/Dining area. Additional sofa bed which can sleep up to 2 persons (£25 linen charge). Bedroom 2 with a double bed and built-in wardrobe.Bathroom with bath, basin and toilet.
