This impressive ground floor apartment, is literally just a short walk from the International Conference Centre, and close to the Tourist Information centre, the Royal Baths, The Valley Gardens, the Mercer Gallery and the town’s many tourist attractions. Although in town centre it is double glazed keeping noise to a minimum, and is only a short walk from the many character shops of Kings Road. If you prefer not to drive the bus and train station are nearby. It even has a small garden to the front and car parking for small car to the rear although parking at the front of the property is out of the main Harrogate disc zone.

Communal entrance hall leads to the apartment on the ground floor. Inside there is a hallway with coathooks which leads to the large lounge/dining room with bay window overlooking Kings Road, and fireplace with gas flame effect fire. Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, hob and oven with extractor hood. Fridge and Freeer with washing machine in separate open cupboard. Bedroom 1 with super-king sized 6ft bed which can be split into 2 single beds on request. Bedroom 2 a single room with 4ft 6 double bed but access from one side only. Bathroom with waterfall style shower, heated shower rail, shaver point, toilet and basin.
