Recently fully refurbished, this beautifully decorated and furnished property is in an enviable position for anyone visiting the Conference and Exhibition centre being directly opposite and having its own TWO private off road parking spaces.

Strawberry House is a town house on four floors decorated in a contemporary style in reds, creams and natural earth colours. It features three double or twin bedrooms, all of which are ensuite. Strawberry House has all the little touches required by today's traveller from small details like hair dryers and an iron to essential services like free wireless broadband. The property even boasts its own patio area to the rear for summer barbeques, a rarity for the town centre! The spa town of Harrogate is on the doorstep with its many tourist attractions and superb shopping. Many varied restaurants just a short walk away.

The entrance leads directly into a spacious dining lounge. Kitchen with excellent range of units housing washer/dryer, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Downstairs leads to bedroom 3, a double with an ensuite bathroom. On the first floor is Bedroom 1 with 6ft King size bed (which can be split into 2 singles if required), television, ensuite 'wet room' with shower, toilet & twin basins. On the second floor is Bedroom 2 with 6ft King size bed (which can be split into 2 singles if required), ensuite bathroom with bath, shower over, toilet and basin. To the rear is a patio with seating area and barbeque.

Gas central heating, microwave, fridge and freezer, electric hob with electric oven. Washer/dryer. Wall mounted plasma TV with DVD player, hard disc recorder and digital 'Freeview' tuner.
