With its own parking for up to 3 cars and mature front patio garden it is a quiet retreat from the business and conference world of Harrogate. Close to the Yorkshire showground and to Knaresborough and easy access to Wetherby, Leeds and York.

Accommodation

From the front door a small hallway leads to the lounge with feature fireplace (not for use) and double sofa bed, TV, dvd and video with video's and DVD's for guest use. Dining room with beamed ceiling wood burning stove, feature stone walls, and dining table to seat up to 6 guests. Galley kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. A cream painted staircase with twin stair rails leads upstairs to the master bedroom which has front views and a 5ft king sized double bed. Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Bathroom with bath with hand held shower, separate walk in shower, toilet and basin. Laundry in garage. Welcome pack.

Gas central heating, microwave, fridge/ freezer, gas hob with electric oven, dishwasher. TV, DVD and video, Hi Fi unit with radio/cd. Washing machine. Tumble dryer. All Fuel, linen and towels included in the rent. Parking for 3 small cars. Babies and children welcome, please bring own cot and highchair. Small pets accepted at a charge of £20 per pet. Smoking outside only. Short breaks accepted.
