Named after a lake in Western Kenya and the owners yacht which is also called Naivasha, this three bedroom townhouse is ideally situated for both leisure and business guests. Convenient for Harrogate and Knaresborough and close to the local train stop at Starbeck which connects easily to York and Leeds for sightseeing and shopping. The International Conference centre is an easy 10 minute drive and the Yorkshire Showground famous for its flower and agricultural shows is 15 minutes by car too. To the North the Yorkshire Dales are just 20 minutes away.
Public transport by bus is also available just a short walk from the property if you prefer to leave your car behind.

Accommodation
A small front patio garden leads to the front entrance which takes you into a cosy sitting room, with open fire (coal available in the coal store to the rear), leather sofas and flat screet tv with freeview channels. Separate dining room which can easily seat 5 guests, from here stairs lead down to a spacious kitchen with dishwasher/washing machine/microwave/large range style cooker/tv and a breakfast bar to seat 2 persons. Outside rear patio accessed via dining room with steps down to paved area with seating in the summer months.
Upstairs on the first floor, bedroom 2 with 5ft slipper style bed and original wooden floor. Fully tiled bathroom with bath, toilet and basin. Bedroom 3 a single room is also on this floor. The master bedroom is on the top floor with wooden king sized bed (memory foam mattress) and large ensuite shower room with toilet, and sink area.

Gas central heating, gas range cooker with electric oven. TV with freeview, DVD, radio,cd player. High speed internet connection. Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, families welcome (please bring own cot and highchair). Books/games and dvd's for guest use. One small well behaved pet welcome at a cost of £20 per stay. Outside furniture stored in garden shed for guest use, please bring own BBQ. Coal provided in bunker to the rear of the property. There is a car port for one car at the rear of the property, plus on street parking for additional cars (no permit needed).
