This delightful cottage is has been tastefully refurbished and offers many unique features situated close to many of Knaresborough's famous attractions such as Mother Shiptons Cave, The House in the Rock, St Roberts Cave and right next to the River Nidd for afternoon boating on the river. It is close to town centre shops, restaurants and pubs. A short walk from the bus and rail station and close to Tourist information centre, the position is ideal for business or pleasure. Harrogate the famous spa and conference town is an easy 10-15 minutes drive. The cottage provides an excellent base for touring the beautiful Yorkshire Dales.

Accommodation

This gorgeous refurbished cottage is built close to the river and has two entrances either up 15 steps or directly from the pavement. The lounge dining area has a multi-fuel feature fire and beamed ceiling which leads to the breakfast bar and kitchen area which is complete with fridge with freezer compartment,  cooker and microwave. Downstairs is a pretty double bedroom, and bathroom with French slipper bath, shower over bath, basin and toilet. Patio area for summer evenings outside. Welcome pack.

Gas central heating, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, gas hob with electric oven. Colour TV, & dvd. All Fuel, linen and towels included in the rent. Parking on Abbey Road for one car . Not ideal for children due to split level. Sorry no Pets. Smoking outside only. Garden furniture provided. Short breaks accepted out of season.
