Entrance hall leading to a large Dining/Kitchen with limed oak units and natural slate tiled floor. Lounge with an attractive arched window, open fire and views over the garden to open countryside. Separate Dining room ideal for candlelit dinners. Bedroom 1 with double bed, a good range of built in wardrobes and en-suite shower room. Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds, Bedroom 3 with single bed and full sized bunks. House Bathroom in Colonial Style, with bath, Victorian shower attachment toilet and basin.

Double glazing, Gas Central Heating. Electric oven with gas hob and extractor, microwave, fridge, separate freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher. Colour TV, video, mini hi-fi, CD. Flagged courtyard at front, private, pleasant enclosed rear garden, with lovely views over open countryside where cows and sheep often graze. All fuel, power, bed-linen and towels included in the rent. Parking on street. Cot available (no high chair). For the benefit of other guests a non-smoking policy is adopted. Regret no pets.
