What more could you ask for. Fantastic old cottage, clean with everything you could ask for inside, a hidden gem. The owners were wonderful, leaving tea, coffee, milk and biscuits on our arrival. Out of the gate and into a very small walk through led you straight into the town centre. We cannot recommend this cottage highly enough.

Delightful cottage tucked away yet 2 minutes walk from the main centre, cosy, comfortable and every amenity you could require just simply a place to relax, with a warm feeling through the cottage, loved our New year will book again.

We had lovely weekend here in November the weather was terrible but the cottage very warm and welcoming we would definitely go again

The property is ideally located just off Knaresborough High Street with easy pedestrian access to all of the local amenities and attractions. There is no direct vehicular access to the property, but there is good off street, designated parking a short short walk away. The accommodation itself was clean, comfortable and very well fitted with all the facilities anyone could possibly want for an enjoyable holiday stay. We would certainly recommend this property as it suited our needs perfectly, although we would suggest that the outside space is limited which would probably limit its appeal to those with young children.

Very comfortable and delightful!!

The cottage is more of an apartment within the owner's house (albeit with its own entrance) than a cottage. It is full of character but fitted out and decorated to a very high standard and we were all really impressed by the accommodation. The owners seemed to have thought of every little detail, whether it was leaving every possible piece of kitchen equipment, or the hairdryer, or books and board games, everything we might possibly have needed was there. The cottage is reached via a pedestrian walkway just off the main High Street but despite that was very quiet (we stayed over a weekend). It really is just a couple of minutes from the train station. On the other side of the High Street is the Market Place full of stalls and quirky shops, It is a very short walk to the castle with its spectacular view of the viaduct. The High street has a Tesco and Sainsbury's and there are several pubs nearby serving food.
