In this space there is also a desk, a dining table which seats 4 people and there are two comfortable chairs for reading and relaxing. The kitchen has a small island unit, a fridge/freezer, slim line dishwasher, oven, induction hob and microwave oven. Across the hall is a small utility room with a washer/dryer machine serving as a useful store for bulky items or coats. The bathroom has a double shower unit with seat, wash basin, toilet and bidet.
The bedroom to the rear of the property has a super king sized bed with a memory foam topper, a large full length wardrobe, bedside drawer units and a vanity unit on the window sill.
To the rear of the property there is a shared courtyard for sunny days. Please ensure that it is never left in the apartment unattended. Children are welcome although please be careful to supervise young children near the sash windows.
