A spacious first floor apartment, overlooking The Valley Gardens, this 2 bedroom property is an ideal location for both leisure and business visitors due to its proximity to all of Harrogate's attractions.

The accommodation is on one level with a large spacious lounge and bay window overlooking the Valley Gardens (Harrogate's park). It's a pleasant 5 minute walk from the Harrogate Convention Centre (formerly known as the International Conference Centre) and Royal Hall. A generously proportioned apartment located on the first floor of a grand apartment block. It boasts two bedrooms with a sofa bed available for guest use.

Accommodation

The apartment is in a super location, accessed by a pleasant communal hall way, Octagon Court is located on the first floor. This well appointed apartment, has a small hallway off which there is a large sitting room with dining table seating up to 8 people and  positioned in the large bay window overlooking the gorgeous Valley Gardens park. A comfortable leather sofa which converts to a sofa bed enables this apartment to sleep upto 6 people, (£25 charge, please request at time of booking) there is a TV with Freeview and a flame effect fire. The kitchen is also located off the entrance hall and overlooks the front of the building again with gorgeous park views.

Located to the rear of the property there is a bedroom one which has twin beds, TV and en-suite shower room (shower with a step).  Bedroom 2 has a 4' 6" inch double bed. There is a house bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and toilet. Freeview TV and flame effect fire.

Services

A kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4 overlooks the Valley Gardens equipped with microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, electric hob, oven and grill, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster and kettle. Please note this property is not suitable for babies or children under 12 years old.

To the rear of the property there are three parking spaces which are available on a first come, first served basis. A permit for unlimited on-street parking can be supplied on receipt of a £50 cash bond in person.  This permit is not replaceable and must be collected from and returned to Harrogate Holidays Head Office immediately before and after the stay (not via Royal Mail). The £50 cash bond will be returned upon safe return of the permit in person only.

Beautiful accommodation (again - this was my second stay), perfect location for access to the centre of Harrogate, lovely touches like biscuits in the kitchen, welcome pack with all the information you could possibly need.

The accommodation was excellent - clean, spacious, everything there that you need. This was a fabulous place to stay with friends. Six of us stayed so the bed settee was used. It was really comfortable. Overlooking the park was lovely and the close proximity to the centre meant we were able to walk there in no time at all. I have no hesitation in recommending it.
