This spacious ground floor apartment with its own external side entrance, and private parking is just a short walk from the International Conference Centre and Harrogate Spa town with all its character shopping, restaurants, and attractions.
Access to the apartment is round to the right side of the building, or from the parking space at the rear a level access takes you via the patio area to Apartment 1 (up 7 steps with grab rails on either side).
The front door leads to a small hallway and utility area with washer/dryer, and kitchen with built in range style hob, electric oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, and breakfast area seating for 2 persons. Shower room with walk in wet room style shower with level access, heated mirror, basin, and toilet.
Bedroom with 6ft super king sized bed (can be twin beds on request). Large built in wardrobes are a real feature of the bedroom, with lots of hanging space. Views on to the rear patio courtyard (shared). Large front facing lounge with an oriental theme with large bay window with dining table to seat 4 persons. Comfortable sofas one being a sofa bed for 2 persons (£25 bedlinen charge). Fireplace with electric fire. TV with Virgin package for guest use.
All fuel, bedlinen and towels included. Gas central heating. Microwave, fridge, freezer, gas hob with electric oven and washer/dryer. Flat screen TV, BluRay DVD player. CD Player and radio. Hairdryer. Free WiFi. Bathroom toiletries provided. One med/two small well behaved pets £20 charge per pet per stay. No smoking please. To the rear of the property there is a shared courtyard for sunny days. If required, please bring own barbeque. Children are welcome however please bring own cot and highchair. Parking for 1 car in designated space at the back, with free unrestricted on-street parking at the front.
