DUKE'S PLACE - DROVER'S COTTAGE

Summary

A super light and airy cottage, tastefully re-furbished to a very high standard.  This holiday cottage is perfect for two couples, a family - or a larger group when rented alongside other cottages in the Duke's Place development.

Accommodation

The front door is situated just under an original historic stone archway.   Entry is straight into the lovely large bright living room with dual aspect. Comfortable seating area with leather seats and a cow hide rug.   Log burning stove for cosy winter days and a SMART TV.  Fantastic stylish leather dining table and  chairs to seat 4 people.

A fully fitted kitchen, painted contemporary deep grey with granite work tops is located in the lifestyle room so no one misses out on the fun whilst food is being prepared!  Small cloakroom off this room which contains a washer/dryer. 

Up the beautiful oak staircase to two well-appointed double bedrooms with wall mounted smart TVs. One double rooms has an ensuite shower room whilst the other has a bath room with shower over.

Ample parking outside the property and a shared garden with outdoor seating.

Facilities

Washer/dryer.  Kitchen contains fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, slimline dishwasher, ceramic hob and electric oven.  Underfloor heating and oil central heating.   Free WiFi although please be mindful you are in a rural location.   Ample parking and a shared garden.  Families welcome, with a travel cot supplied on request - please bring your own cot linen and highchair.  Starter pack with tea and coffee and eggs from the owner's hens.
