This spacious cottage is situated a short walk from the lovely village of Killinghall and only a short drive from the centre of the Spa town of Harrogate and close to Ripon, Knaresborough and Ripley with all its events and attractions. Sleeping 6 (with the option for an additional occasional guest on a z bed) the property provides parking for 2 cars and welcomes pets.
This cottage is full of character blending the old with the new. The front entrance leads directly into the dining room with wooden floor, seating up to 6 guests and walkway through to the lounge. The lounge has stone flooring with cosy rugs, feature stone wall, beams and gas woodburner type fire, TV with integrated DVD with DVDs for guest use, Wii console, books and games. Fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with tiled floor, from which 1 step leads to rear patio area with outside seating. Upstairs to Bedroom 1 a double room with feature fireplace – decoration only. Bedroom 2 is a super king size room with front views and Bedroom 3 a single room with double bed (please note access from one side only). Bathroom with shower over the bath, heated towel rail, toilet and basin.
A z bed can be made available for use in Bedroom 1 (please note this attracts a linen charge of £25 for use and circulation space in this bedroom may be reduced as a result).

Parking for 2 cars in church opposite with discs provided in cottage. Babies welcome- please bring own cot and high chair. Outside Furniture. Barbeque permitted but please bring your own. Free WiFi. Short breaks out of season. One small well behaved dog allowed (charge of £20) which must be kept downstairs.
