 K Rowling, Mary Berry and Bradley Wiggins are all coming to Harrogate in 2014 - are you?

Whether your interest ranges from literature to cooking or sport to opera there are lots of reasons to come to Harrogate in 2014. 

The BBC Good Food Show arrives at the end of April - the ultimate day out for food-lovers bringing you an incredible range of independent, artisan food and drink producers, well known brands, and the opportunity to see celebrity chefs and food experts, including James Martin, Mary Berry, John Torode and the Hairy Bikers cooking live on stage in the Supertheatre.

The Harrogate International Festival has bagged J K Rowling as a star guest who joins an already stellar list of speakers between 17 and 20th July.

2014 sees the relocation of the 21st Gilbert & Sullivan Festival from Buxton to Harrogate showcasing a packed programme of superb performances across all of the town's venues including the Royal Hall, Theatre and an exciting programme of special events at eclectic venues including Knaresborough Castle, Newby Hall, Ripon Racecourse and Fountains Abbey!

And of course - the Daddy of them all - the Grand Depart of the Tour de France comes to town on 5th and 6th July!  It needs no introduction from us and we just can't wait!!

It's not too late to book your trip to Harrogate (although we might be pushed to accommodate you for the Tour de France now) - we have plenty of choice for you to bag your place at one of the events which will put Harrogate well and truly on the map in 2014.
