Group holidays in Harrogate!

There's so much to do in Harrogate for visitors of all ages, it's the perfect place to bring together groups or families to spend some quality time together.  There's the stunning countryside for walking, the superb array of independent shops and of course a plentiful array of places to eat, relax and enjoy!

However, if you are planning a trip in a group there are probably a few pieces of advice to bear in mind;

1. Encourage everyone to be independent. Everyone does not have to visit every attraction together (and in fact, it usually works best if you break up and get back together on occasion).

2. Take your mobile phones to co-ordinate plans and changes in schedules

3. If you are travelling with young children manage your co travellers expectations about their routines and meal times.

4. It's nice to all stay in the same location, but it's sometimes nice to have your own space!

The Regent's House Apartments, located in the centre of Harrogate, very stylish contemporary apartments. Available for 2 night bookings, from £60 per person per night.  The apartments sleep 4 and 2 people. (28 in total!)

Harrogate Apartments, again located in Harrogate town centre, sleep 21 in 5 seperate apartments.  Available for 2 night bookings, from £55 per person per night.

The Smithy, The Granary & The Barn in Bishop Monkton are 3 converted farm buildings, which together sleep 15, ideal for an extended family or friends with children. To take all the properties for one week the cost starts at £1,075 (£72 per person per week) or take all 3 for a 2,3 or 4 night break from £807.00.

Alices Cottage, Isabella's Cottage & Goldesburgh Lodge are located in a lovely rural location over looking a 12th century Cistercian Priory and sleep up to 13 in three seperate cottages.  The cost to take all of these cottages for one week starts a £1,235 (£95 per person per week) to take all 3 for a 2,3 or 4 night break from £927.00.

Shire & Dray Cottages, Knareborough (Available from May 1st) These two newly converted cottages sleep 10 -12 people.  The cost to take both these properties starts from £800.00 (£67.00 per person per week) to take both for a 2, 3 or 4 night break is from £600.00.
