An insider’s guide to some of our properties in and around Harrogate
The Washburn (sleeps up to 5)
This beautiful property is located within the Washburn Valley a picturesque part of the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is ideal for anyone who wishes to get away from the busy life of towns and cities but still be within easy reach of Harrogate or Otley.
With beautiful handmade furniture this property can sleep up to 5 guests, on a king bed and a single bed in the master family room, and a second bedroom with a double bed. The Washburn also offers two en-suite travertine tiled bath/shower rooms.

Old Calf Shed Cottage (sleeps up to 5)
This cosy cottage is situated on the owner’s 200 acre dairy farm and is adjacent to the owner’s farm house. Offering a tranquil spot for adults, this property will be most loved by children who are smitten with animals, and will be most fascinated by the milking parlour tours which are available by arrangement.
Benefiting from being all on one level and offering a well equipped kitchen, a zip and link super king bed in the master bedroom and a double bed in the second bedroom which also enjoys the rear views. A shower room, with a large walk-in shower.

Nidd Apartment (sleeps up to 5)
Situated on the outskirts of Ripley (home of Ripley Castle) and Knaresborough, Nidd Apartment offers the rural location with contemporary styling and a close proximity to shops, cafes and restaurants. Also close to one of the many entrances to Nidd Gorge – with free parking on-site.
The entrance leads directly to a lovely kitchen and breakfast bar, and a comfortable sitting/dining area with wooden flooring, beamed ceilings and a wood burning stove. Master bedroom can be found on the same floor featuring a double bed and a travertine tiled en-suite shower room. The second bedroom can be found on an open plan mezzanine level featuring two single beds and a walk-in dressing area. There is also a separate travertine tiled shower room.

Birchwood Stable Cottage (sleeps up to 2)
This studio cottage in Ripley offers great walks around the grounds of Ripley Castle from just across the road, as well as its classic cottage style with exposed beams and countryside views. Owners are also happy to show guests their working farm, which has cattle, sheep and Clydesdale horses. There is also stabling available for guests who bring their own horse(s).
Through the hallway you enter into a large lifestyle room, where the kitchen, lounge and super king bed are located. There is a shower room, with disabled toilet and grab rails.

Bijou on Park View (sleeps up to 4)
An ideally located apartment, just a short walk from both the train station and all of Harrogate's attractions, yet in a quiet residential area of Harrogate. Perfect for anyone wanting a city break or conference delegates who want a home from home.
Offering a spacious lifestyle room, featuring a lounge area, breakfast bar with a modern kitchen. Go through the area to find a substantial family bedroom with a zip and link super king bed and a single bed. A full tiled bathroom/laundry room with a corner bath and shower over can be found at the property.

Luxury living close to Harrogate’s 200 acre Stray. This ground floor apartment is close to the town centre for restaurants, bars and cafes as well as the Harrogate International Centre ideal for any conference exhibitors and/or visitors.
Inside the apartment the impressive open living space is contemporary in style, with a great kitchen and dining area, as well as a high level breakfast bar. Both bedrooms offer comfortable king sized beds, with one of the beds splitting into singles on request. There is also a well-appointed bathroom with a bath and shower over.

A grand Edwardian two bedroom apartment in a leafy yet central location, offering a great walk across Harrogate’s Stray. It is a perfect property for both business and leisure guests.
Tudor Garth is accessed by a grand front door which opens into a spacious hall. Further into the property a large sitting/dining room with a large bay window can be found. The master bedroom located just off the sitting/dining room features a large double bed, great storage and a modern en-suite shower wetroom.
