Harrogate Town Centre
Richmond Court Apartment (sleeps up to 6)
This fresh, modern apartment in a vibrant location is perfect for business or leisure travellers alike. This superb apartment that boasts its own pizza oven (hence the name)! A rarity to find in the centre of town, this three bedroomed property features a patio garden to the rear with a herb planter. It’s an ideal treat for business travellers who enjoy a home from home, or leisure/family travellers who require the comforts of a good base to explore.
This fantastic property offers, a master bedroom having an en-suite shower room, a second double bedroom and a single bedroom – and an additional pull out bed - on the ground floor, so there’s plenty of space for 6 guests. There’s also a house bathroom on the ground floor.

Pinewoods (sleeps up to 4)
Pinewoods is in a sort after location, combining the best of rural and urban, and it is the property for visitors who want to enjoy the afternoon woodland stroll, but also want to visit the conferences and the restaurants Harrogate can offer. The apartment possess an off-road parking space, a most wanted feature in the central radius.
Offering a flexible bed configuration, with the master bedroom being either a super king bed or two singles, and the second bedroom with two singles beds, this property can easily accommodate 4 guests. The master bedroom also boasts its own en-suite shower room, and a house bathroom just down the hall.

Teapot Cottage (sleeps up to 6)
A quirky but fun cottage that can offer all the feels and charms of the country yet the location and amenities of a central Harrogate, it is the ideal destination for a family weekend break or a conference delegate. The owner has decorated using beautiful and fun teapots around the house, it definitely contributes to the cosy feel.
Featuring a adaptable bed configuration, with the first floor master bedroom double bed and a second bedroom twin beds, that on request can become a snug super king bed. A house bathroom can also be found this level.

Martha’s Cottage (sleeps up to 5)
A tastefully refurbished, three bedroomed cottage, on the edge of Killinghall has quick links to Ripon, Leeds or Harrogate centre (a 10 minute hop away) via a bus stop just down the drive. Featuring a path through an apple orchard, and far reaching views of the Yorkshire countryside, it’s a prefect rural yet a secluded urban getaway.
Perfect for a family, the upstairs master bedroom with a king size bed, a second bedroom with twin beds and a third bedroom with a single bed, can happily house 5 guests. The master bedroom has its own en-suite shower room with underfloor heating. A house bathroom is located on the ground floor due to a traditional country layout.

The Smithy at Plompton (sleeps up to 4)
Occupying the peaceful and rural location near Plumpton Rocks but only a stone’s throw away from Harrogate, this property is the stylish retreat. With exposed beams, wooden flooring and an open dining/living/kitchen area but a closed off bedroom, it’s a cosy hideaway for two.
The master double bedroom with a wardrobe can be found next to a tiled shower room. A large sofa bed can also be made available from an additional two guests.

Dove Cottage (sleeps up to 4)
In a beautiful tranquil spot, with county views but only a short walk away from Weeton and Huby, this property is ideal for someone who is looking for their rural getaway. The lovely cottage features a beamed ceiling, and is elegantly decorated in greys and browns, with the open dining/living room area boasting a log burner and a striking exposed stone wall.
A master bedroom is located through the wall, with a double bed full height windows and makes for a perfect den for two and its pet friendly too. With an en-suite house bathroom.
