For conference and exhibition delegates it is only a ten minute walk from The International Conference centre and Royal Hall and is ideal for the delegate looking for something more than a hotel bedroom.
Although in a tranquil location it is only a short walk from the many character shops and restaurants Harrogate has to offer.
If you prefer not to drive the bus and train station are just a five minute walk away. There is a private garden to the side with outside furniture.
ACCOMMODATION:
Two steps lead up to the main front door, where the entrance hall leads to the front door of Apartment 1 situated on the ground floor. The spacious lounge, has front and views it also boasts a large tv with Sky package, and dvd. Breakfast dining kitchen with seating area is large enough to seat six guests and door leading to the rear garden and parking area. Bedroom 1 – with 5ft oak bed and office area with pc with broadband internet connection. Bathroom with bath, shower over bath, toilet and basin. Bedroom 2 a single bedded room with 3ft single bed and pull out bed underneath, recessed area with wooden cot (please bring own cot bedding).
